How Fast Track solves real logistics problems for cruise lines, suppliers and enterprises.

The challenge: As MSC Cruises launched and scaled its U.S. operations, it needed a logistics partner that could build a provisioning supply chain from scratch — receiving, consolidating and delivering provisions from dozens of suppliers into precise, sailing-ready shipments, with zero tolerance for missed vessel windows.
What Fast Track did: Fast Track has supported MSC Cruises' U.S. operations from the very beginning. We centralized inbound supplier freight at our Miami hub, managed reefer and dry storage, consolidated orders by vessel and sailing, and executed sequenced dockside deliveries — scaling the operation hand in hand with MSC's U.S. growth since their launch.
The challenge: An urgent, time-critical part/provision was needed before a vessel's next sailing. A missed delivery risked operational disruption and significant cost.
What Fast Track did: We sourced capacity, booked expedited air freight, managed customs clearance and coordinated last-mile delivery directly to the port — managing the move hand-to-hand against a hard deadline.

The challenge: A client's freight was fragmented across multiple vendors and locations, driving up handling costs, complicating inventory control and slowing delivery.
What Fast Track did: We consolidated storage and distribution into our Miami facility, introduced disciplined inventory management and cross-docking, and streamlined outbound transportation — collapsing a multi-vendor process into one managed flow.
